2012 in all regions except Asia-Pacific and Japan. In Asia-Pacific, the Acrobat Buy 6 & Save 20% TLP promotion
is available for purchase from March 5, 2012 through August 31, 2012. This promotion is not available in Japan at
this time.

Which customers can take advantage of this offer?

This offer is available to Adobe commercial and government customers. Adobe education customers are not
eligible. Customers may take advantage of this offer with two six-license packs purchase only.

Is there a limit to the number of promotional SKUs that can be purchased?

Yes. Customers receive a 20% discount on a one-time TLP purchase of either six Acrobat X Pro licenses or six
Acrobat X Standard licenses. The discount cannot be applied on additional Acrobat X Pro or Standard licenses,
even if they are also purchased through Adobe’s TLP in increments of six.

Can customers mix and match languages in this promotion?

No. All licenses must be the same language version to qualify for this offer.

What is Adobe’s Transactional Licensing Program?
|
|
Adobe’s Transactional Licensing Program makes it easy for Adobe customers to get volume pricing with no
membership requirements and no agreements to sign. For every eligible TLP 5 order of new or upgrade Adobe
software licenses, customers receive points. The discount level is based on the total point value of each volume
license order placed, and there is no minimum order size. The more licenses a customer acquires in a single
transaction, the more opportunity to save on the entire order.
